Benefits – Jury Duty

Doing your civic duty is important, even if you don’t want to, you need to go. Click below to see what our policy is on jury duty, it does vary by state.

MA only-If you receive a notice to serve jury duty or are subpoenaed to report as a witness for the courts you must give the document to your supervisor right away. Make sure you follow the courts orders because they can find you. If you are required to serve, you will be paid for the first three days (documentation must be given) if you are already scheduled. If you serve longer than three days, you may use any unused vacation days. You must come back to work as soon as you are released from service. Just ask Human Resources if you have any questions.
