Laws – Unpaid Breaks

You work hard, so we want to make sure we take care of you, we also have guests to serve and we want to make sure we take care of them too. Your manager typically will set a break schedule for each day.

Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. We will also provide a pumping station upon request to a manager or HRBP.
