Only eligible for employees that average 30+ hours every week.

All Full-time HMC employees, are eligible for insurance after just 30 days of employment.
Open enrollment is every November/December, exact dates are sent out prior to the start every year. In some circumstances a “qualifying event” may allow changes at other times of the year.
