Starting as a crew member, she exemplifies the power of dedication and growth within the restaurant industry, rising through every level of operations to reach her current leadership position.

Her extensive career includes 17 years of distinguished service as a District Manager, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of restaurant operations. For the past eight years, Wendy has served as Regional Training Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in developing and empowering teams across the New England region, ensuring that the values and standards of excellence are maintained throughout the organization.

What sets Wendy apart in her leadership approach is her commitment to fostering a supportive team environment. She believes that “supporting teams through tough challenges or celebrating wins is what makes Hamra an amazing place to work.” This philosophy reflects her understanding that success comes through collective effort and mutual support.

Outside of her professional achievements, Wendy is a passionate New England Patriots fan who enthusiastically cheers “Let’s Go Patriots!” during football season. She also enjoys shopping and treasures the travel adventures she shares with her son, creating lasting memories through their journeys together.

Drawing from nearly four decades in the industry, Wendy shares the most impactful lesson that shaped her career, inspired by Dave Thomas himself: “Treat people the way they want to be treated.” She reflects, “From the very first time I heard this, it has helped shape how I look at everyone I work with and for.
