Mike assumed the role of President and COO in 2003 and subsequently CEO, leading the company in growth and focusing on the development of people and the culture of the business. With a legal background that includes service to the United States government and private practice, Mike brings a unique perspective to his leadership. Armed with a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University, a JD from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Kennesaw State University, he seamlessly integrates legal acumen with business strategy.
