Your manager typically will set a break schedule prior to each shift change. Every state has a different break law, so please click on the state you work in to find out which law applies to you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/state-new-hampshire-on-1.png?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>New Hampshire- an employer must grant a thirty minute meal break to any employee who works more than five consecutive hours. Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. We will also provide a pumping station upon request to a manager or HRBP.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/state-missouri-on-7.png?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Missouri-there is no state break law. Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. We will also provide a pumping station upon request to a manager or HRBP.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/state-massachusettes-on-3.png?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Massachusetts-Every employee scheduled to work six (6) consecutive hours or more will be given an uninterrupted, unpaid thirty (30) minute meal period. Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. We will also provide a pumping station upon request to a manager or HRBP.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/state-kansas-on.png?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kansas City-there is no state break law. Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute paid break to pump every three hours if they wish.
