These days are intended for you to spend with your loved ones and in most cases surrounded by good food.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/handbook-icon-restaurant-manager.jpeg?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" style=\"height: 124px;\"><\/p>\n<p>Shift Manager\/AM\/ RM\/ CO\/GM will be paid for the following holidays:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)<br \/>\n\u2022 Christmas (December 25)<\/p>\n<p>Eligible employees will be paid for holiday time off. If you are eligible, your holiday pay will be calculated at your straight-time pay rate as of that holiday multiplied by the number of hours you would normally have worked that day.<\/p>\n<p>If business needs don&#8217;t allow for the holiday to be taken on the actual holiday, the holiday may be taken any time within the month the holiday falls. Example; Christmas Day holiday may be taken any time within December.<\/p>\n<p>If you are on a paid absence, such as vacation, during a holiday, you will receive holiday pay instead of vacation pay.<\/p>\n<p>If your restaurant is open for business on a holiday, and eligible nonexempt employees work on a recognized holiday, they will receive pay at time and a half and the holiday may be taken any time within the month the holiday falls.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/hamraenterprises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/handbook-icon-DM-RDO.png?w=1220&#038;ssl=1\" style=\"height: 124px;\"><\/p>\n<p>RDO&#8217;s and DM&#8217;s will be paid for the following holidays:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 New Year&#8217;s Day (January 1)<br \/>\n\u2022 Memorial Day (last Monday in May)<br \/>\n\u2022 Independence Day (July 4)<br \/>\n\u2022 Labor Day (first Monday in September)<br \/>\n\u2022 Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)<br \/>\n\u2022 Christmas (December 25)<\/p>\n<p>Eligible employees will be paid for holiday time off.
