Um ano ap\u00f3s a expans\u00e3o de um programa inovador que incentiva os funcion\u00e1rios estudantes a fazerem seus deveres de casa durante o expediente, a Hamra Enterprises, uma franquia familiar dos restaurantes Wendy's, Panera Bread, Noodles and Company e Caribou Coffee, pagou $91.800 em b\u00f4nus de \u201cboas notas\u201d e forneceu 671 bolsas de reembolso de mensalidades em parceria com o fundo de assist\u00eancia aos funcion\u00e1rios da empresa.<\/p>\n

O programa Hamra Homework permite que os funcion\u00e1rios estudantes tenham at\u00e9 uma hora de li\u00e7\u00e3o de casa por cada turno qualificado. Ele come\u00e7ou inicialmente como um programa piloto com 60 participantes em 22 locais at\u00e9 um ano atr\u00e1s, quando foi expandido para incluir todos os funcion\u00e1rios qualificados em quase 200 restaurantes em 11 estados.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m do tempo de li\u00e7\u00e3o de casa, o Programa de Boas Notas da Hamra Enterprises recompensa os funcion\u00e1rios por bons boletins escolares: $300 para A's consecutivos, $200 para A's e B's, e $100 para todos os B's.
