\nIn July 2018, the Attorney General of your state asked Panera to stop using or enforcing No-Poach Provisions in
\nits Franchise Agreements. The Attorney General believes that these provisions may have prevented some employees from
\ngetting a job at another Panera location.
\nPanera does not believe that it violated any law or acted improperly. Panera cooperated with the Attorney
\nGeneral and agreed to stop using or enforcing these provisions.
\nYou are allowed to be recruited or hired by Panera or another Panera franchisee in the future, if you so desire.
