Just as we were all told early on, don\u2019t talk about religion, politics, race\/gender, or money with co-workers. These topics could lead to bad feelings and could get someone into trouble. guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any prohibited conduct is unacceptable <strong>regardless of intent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Prohibition of Retaliation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hamra Enterprises strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports discrimination or harassment in good faith<\/li>\n<li>Participates in an investigation<\/li>\n<li>Requests a reasonable accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Exercises rights under Title VII or related laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Retaliation is a serious violation of Company policy and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Reporting Procedures<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Employees are encouraged to report concerns <strong>as soon as possible<\/strong>, even if they are unsure whether the behavior violates policy.<\/p>\n<p>Reports may be made through <strong>any of the following channels<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Immediate Supervisor or Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Any Manager within the organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resources Department, 1-800-685-0385<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Speak Up Line, 1-417-986-0654, or email speakup@teamhamra.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Employees are <strong>not required<\/strong> to report concerns to a supervisor who is the subject of the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>All reports will be taken seriously and handled as promptly as possible.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Investigation Process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Upon receiving a complaint:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Company will conduct a <strong>prompt, impartial, and thorough investigation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Investigations may include interviews, document review, and fact\u2011finding<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality will be maintained <strong>to the extent possible<\/strong>, consistent with conducting a fair investigation<\/li>\n<li>All parties involved are expected to cooperate fully<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Company may implement interim measures (e.g., schedule changes) during the investigation when appropriate.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Corrective Action<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If a violation of this policy is found, Hamra Enterprises will take <strong>immediate and appropriate corrective action<\/strong>, which may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coaching or counseling<\/li>\n<li>Written warnings<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory training<\/li>\n<li>Suspension<\/li>\n<li>Termination of employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Corrective action will be determined based on the severity and circumstances of the conduct.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Responsibilities of Managers and Supervisors<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Managers and supervisors have a heightened responsibility to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevent discrimination and harassment<\/li>\n<li>Act immediately upon observing or receiving reports of prohibited conduct<\/li>\n<li>Report concerns to Human Resources, <strong>even if the employee requests no action<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in disciplinary action.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Employee Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All employees are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Treat others with dignity and respect<\/li>\n<li>Comply with this policy<\/li>\n<li>Promptly report violations or concerns<\/li>\n<li>Participate honestly in investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Questions and Additional Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Employees with questions about this policy or their rights under Title VII may contact Human Resources or
