Laws – Unpaid Breaks<\/h1>\n

You work hard, so we want to make sure we take care of you, we also have guests to serve and we want to make sure we take care of them too. Your manager typically will set a break schedule for each day.<\/p>\n

Lactating mothers are able to take a 30 minute unpaid break to pump every three hours if they wish. We will also provide a pumping station upon request to a manager or HRBP.<\/p>\n

Every state has a different break law, so please click on the state you work in to find out which law applies to you.<\/p>\n

HMC office employees are entitled to a 50% discount up to $15.00 at the Wendy’s location across from the Springfield office.<\/p>\n
