Smoking Policy

Imagine driving up to a restaurant and seeing one or more employees outside smoking. Then once you are inside you see those same employees making your food. Don’t you think the first thing that passes through their mind is, “did they wash their hands” For this,we don’t want our guests to see you smoking at any time.

No smoking (including e-cigarettes) in or near our buildings. If you are on an approved break and you want to smoke, please do so at least 100 feet away from our building and remove your hat, apron, nametag prior to smoking. You must also wash your hands before returning to any position.

Bakers are only allowed to take a smoke break if another manager or baker is present. The same rules apply as above.
