Aqu\u00ed te ofrecemos una forma en la que podemos ayudarte a empezar a ahorrar o a transferir fondos de otro plan 401k de tu anterior empresa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un plan 401K? Las aportaciones se ingresan en una cuenta 401(k) y, a menudo, el empleado elige las inversiones bas\u00e1ndose en las opciones que ofrece el plan.<\/p>\n<p>Si tienes 21 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s y has trabajado para nosotros durante 12 meses consecutivos con m\u00e1s de 1000 horas, puedes inscribirte en nuestro programa 401k. Por cada $1.00 que aportes al programa, Hamra contribuir\u00e1 con 0.25 centavos hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 4% de tu salario.
