Jeff became a valuable member of Hamra Enterprises in 2014, drawn to a company that prioritizes employee growth. He cherishes the moments where team members achieve their professional goals, emphasizing, “By far the greatest moments in my career all revolve around seeing our team members reach goals they have set for themselves to grow professionally.” Currently, Jeff oversees Hamra’s Noodles and Caribou Coffee operations, leveraging over 30 years of experience in leading restaurant operations.

For new members entering the Hamra Enterprises family, Jeff advises, “Lean into the values of our charter. And when confronted with something that is unsettling to you, communicate authentically and talk about it with a manager, if needed.” This guidance reflects the importance of aligning with the company’s values and fostering open communication.

Reflecting on his own career, Jeff imparts a timeless lesson: “Treat people the way you want to be treated. Originally hailing from both Chicago and Sarasota, Florida, Jeff, alongside his wife Kelly, now calls the outskirts of St. Louis home. Their shared love for the outdoors is evident in the time spent with family and have recently discovered the joy of grandparenthood.
