Meet Sonja – a super friendly and passionate member of the Hamra Enterprises family! She joined the team in 2004 as the Human Resources Manager in Springfield, Missouri, and has been an essential part of ensuring that Hamra’s people receive all the support they need across all brands. Sonja says Hamra Human Resources are the cheerleaders for their people, not the police.
 
Sonja truly loves her work and finds immense fulfillment in knowing that every day she has the opportunity to impact people’s lives positively. From ensuring guests have a great experience to supporting The HERO Fund, which helps people live their best lives, she’s always ready to go above and beyond for Hamra’s people.

Originally from Grayslake, Illinois, Sonja now calls Springfield, Missouri, home. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, taking pride in watching her son live his best life. Sonja’s ability to align her passion with her skills has contributed to her success in fostering meaningful connections within the Hamra family, and everyone loves her for it!
